At Loon Lake, our fresh dining is served buffet-style, with meals ranging from local salmon entrées to colourful Mexi-Fusion cuisine. We like to serve comfort food, but with an upscale flair.
Our in-house culinary team, specializes in fresh baking and homemade desserts. Together with our groups, we work to create custom menus that accommodate special dietary requirements or the food allergies of our guests—including vegan, halal, kosher and gluten-free diets.
